Bunroy Lodges

Bunroy Lodges nestle within 9 acres of mature woodland and beautifully landscaped grounds right next to the River Spean with views to the stunning mountains of the Nevis Range.

The eight lodges are comfortable and well equipped to three star standard. They are fully insulated and double glazed with heating in all rooms to make a cosy base at any time of year. Electricity is by meter reading at cost.

There is a comfortable sitting room with settees, coffee and dining table, colour TV and DVD and VCR player. Each Lodge has a fully equipped fitted kitchenette complete with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and kettle.

Two bedroom lodges are ideal for families with one double and one twin bedroom, shower room with shower, toilet and basin (3 lodges also have a bath).

One bedroom lodges have one double bedroom, en-suite shower room with shower, toilet & basin.

• All lodges have fully tiled bathrooms and all sheets and bedding are provided. Towels are available to hire.
• Each lodge has its own parking spot along with a heated shed providing storage and drying space for all your ski & snowboarding equipment.

Gorries Lair

GORRIE'S LAIR is a traditional two-storey Highland cottage, which has been tastefully renovated to the highest standard. It offers comfortable accommodation on 2 floors with fine mountain views.

There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin as well as two bathrooms (one downstairs) The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you're likely to need including fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Gorrie's Lair has its own garden with picnic bench and brick barbecue. Guests are welcome to use the tennis court in the grounds.

There is an open staircase, so Gorrie's Lair may not be suitable for younger children. The cottage has efficient electric heating and private parking with secure garaging for bikes, etc.

Heating is via electric radiators, power, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. There are no extras.

The cottage is available from 4pm on arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

This accommodation is perfect if you have no transport as for a small charge the owners will pick up & drop you off at the slopes daily. You will also be collected from the train station at Spean Bridge/Fort William on arrival. (2 & 3 day packages only subject to availability)

Lochaber Lodges

These stunning luxury lodges are located only 7 miles from Fort William on the banks of the Caledonian Canal with uninterrupted views over Aonach Mor and Ben Nevis.

They are within easy reach of Nevis Range ski slopes and local walks and forest trails. Definitely a piste of luxury...!

2 Bedroomed lodges include:

3 Bedroom lodges include:

Gardener's Cottage - sleeps 6

Gardener's Cottage is a detached cottage and accommodates up to six persons, and was the original home of the resident gardener for the Ardrhu Estate.

The Cottage has a lounge with log burner colour TV, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge freezer. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer. On the ground floor there are also 2 double bedrooms both en-suite bath & shower over bath.

There is a twin room with toilet located at the top of a steep staircase and this is unsuitable for unsupervised children. There is an adjoining shower room.

The whole-house is heated by gas central heating in all rooms and has parking for 3 cars.

Towels are available for hire. Please advise at time of booking.

Cottages no's 1 to 12

There are eleven cottages located on Ardrhu estate: four three-bedroomed and seven two-bedroomed.

The Two-bedroomed Cottages
Cottages Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 9, 10, 11 & 12 are arranged in two terraces, and each accommodates up to four persons in two bedrooms; one double and one twin.

All 2 bedroomed cottages benefit from full gas central heating and a fully-fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave, and a dining table and chairs which leads to an open-plan lounge area with a colour TV; Bathrooms have a three-piece suite with shower over the bath. There is parking for 2 cars.

The Three-bedroomed Cottages
Cottages Nos. 5 & 6 are semi-detached and each accommodates up to five persons. There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single.

Cottages Nos. 7 & 8 are semi-detached and each accommodates up to six persons.

There are three bedrooms: one double, one single and one room with a single bed and bunk beds.

All 3 bedroomed cottages benefit from full gas central heating and a fully-fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave and dining table and chairs, which leads to an open-plan lounge area with a colour TV; Bathrooms have a three-piece suite with shower over the bath. There is parking for 2 cars.

Heating bed linen etc are included in the price for all properties on the Ardhru estate. Towels are available for hire cost £10 per person for a week. Please advise at time of booking.
